BETHANY ERIN was inspired to create this gorgeous shoot when she came across The Gibraltar Hotel in Paris, Texas. Built in the 1940s, it has a lot of original details like the tiny hexagonal tiles on the floors, chandeliers, plaster walls and other architectural details that give it plenty of character and made it the perfect backdrop for this elopement shoot. The models real couple Cassidi & Noah were clients of Bethany's earlier in the year so she knew that they would portray the sincere chemistry she was after. Beautiful floral designs were provided by Dianne of FLEURS DE FRANCE in Dallas, calligraphy by Betty of SCRIBBLES & SWIRLS, bridal gown from THE BLUSHING BRIDE BOUTIQUE in Frisco, furniture rentals by GOLD DUST VINTAGE RENTALS, and hair and make-up was provided by Tiffany of SMOKIN' HOT MAKE-UP.

Bethany tells us; The owners intention is to preserve the charm of the building while turning it into a wedding venue. I was immediately in love with the high ceilings, crumbling plaster and exposed brick walls, so I started planning my own shoot there. One of my goals was to show how beautiful detail and getting ready photos can be in a beautiful location with great light. I wanted it to have the beauty and femininity of a boudoir session, but to provide inspiration for the wedding day.
