The Rocky Mountains never disappoint for a backdrop, but they are especially spectacular in late September, when the aspens become resplendent in shades of gold, amber, orange and deep red. COLORADO BASED PHOTOGRAPHER MICHELE HART worked with BARE ROOT FLORA and A VINTAGE AFFAIR who planned and styled the shoot set against the incredible backdrop and gorgeous peaks surrounding Piney River Lake.
Keeping the design simple, warm and welcoming meant it didn't distract from the natural beauty of the mountains. A colour palette of greys, ambers, peaches, and burgundy complemented the landscape and the season.
