Romantic winter wedding ideas in the snow

California Wedding Inspiration

By Magnolia Rouge

With winter just around the corner for many of you, this gorgeous editorial by ALEX THORNTON PHOTOGRAPHY was captured in the snowy mountains of California, near Yosemite National Park. Styled by KENNEDY OCCASIONS - who also created the florals - the concept came from the idea of 'waiting for spring'. They tell us, "Our colour palette included wonderful peachy and light yellow tones, which are some of the first spring colours to bloom!" A gown from ANNA KARA features a pretty lace top with cap sleeves, and the bride wears sweet roses worked into a low braided hair style. I've always loved the idea of a winter wedding, but when you can add in some spring colour with the florals it's all the sweeter for doing so.
