WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BECOME A PHOTOGRAPHER? I have always been a creative at heart, between sketch portraiture, poetry, hand lettering, etc. So photography always was and always seemed a natural outlet for me. It was a way for me to express the beauty in moments that normally get lost to the normal eye.
TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOUR PATH TO GET THERE. It has definitely been a hustle! It took a lot of trial and error, and determination, to figure out what I wanted my art to look like while also satisfying my clients. For the past seven years I have been working to establish myself in the industry, and it has been an exciting journey filled with wonderful friendships, and I am excited for many more to come.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE? Clean, with attention to detail and the way light affects the image. A friend of mine (Daniel Kim) once described the phrase LREAM - Light Rules Everything Around Me. And I have since kept that thought in every photo I have ever taken.

SHARE YOUR FAVOURITE IMAGE WITH US AND TELL US WHY. The image below was taken during portrait hour at a wedding located at the bride's parents plantation home. We were moving the couple to a different spot and as they began walking, I asked them to hold hands. The bride realised that she couldn't hold her dress and her bouquet that way, so the groom took it for her. They were the sweetest couple.
