Jeanne tells us, "Provence was everything I dreamt of and more. Driving down the narrow roads of the countryside, I could see why the Impressionists were inspired by the golden light and dreamy landscapes. LE MAS DE LA ROSE had inspiration all around with the old country stone house and rolling landscapes of olive trees and open space, made for a beautiful and romantic scene for our bride."
Deb from DESIGNS BY HEMINGWAY was inspired by the charming beauty of Provence with its beautiful vineyards, rolling hills and romantic light. She tells us, "We searched for florals in the region & found that it was too early for the lavender to be blooming but luckily gorgeous peonies were flush in the fields! We wandered upon a lovely peony farm, FERME FLEURIE in Tarascon and found out that 90% of their harvest is shipped off to Holland & the rest is sold to local outdoor street markets. I created a lush peony and garden rose arch for our ceremony set at the historic venue LE MAS DE LA ROSE and shipped in gorgeous eggplant hellebore and blush garden roses from Belgium."
