"The best love stories are those that you don't have to hear with words, because you can feel them and see them, just by being in their presence."
This was totally the case with Kate & Matt - college sweethearts who met during their time at Santa Clara University in California, as photographer Kelsee from IVY & GOLD explains it to us. "These two really are just the sweetest couple - they radiate joy and make each other laugh so easily, yet have a tender closeness that's all their own. While neither of them are California natives, photographing them near the city they met and fell in love in felt like a special privilege, and will be a memory they can take with them on the next adventures life has in store!"
In Kate's words, "In the midst of academic demands and life nonsense Matt and I keep each other grounded with equal parts humor and support. He's a D1 runner, mechanical engineer and I'm a volunteer EMT, biology and public health major, but we make dinner together almost every night and help each other remember not to take ourselves too seriously. I suppose to sum it up, we're just two redheads with big dreams and bigger smiles who are just plain crazy about each other."
