Elegant & Timeless French Wedding Inspiration

Have you ever dreamt of getting married at a French Chateau? Well if you haven't I'm pretty sure you're about to after you view these stunning images by HEIDI LAU PHOTOGRAPHY taken at the SYLVIE GIL WORKSHOP earlier this year in the breathtaking countryside of Burgundy. From beautiful gowns to divine florals there is inspiration abound coming your way.

Heidi tells us about her experience, �For four unbelievable days we were completely immersed in the French culture; from where we stayed in the historic Chateau de Varennes to utterly indulgent French food, from lovely French models to out of this world florals. That was just the surface of the experience. It was an intimate workshop which allowed us to really explore our craft as photographers and bond with each other. The days were long but so inspiring and informative that we didn't want them to end. BROOKE KEEGAN, the stylist extraordinaire, took the colour blush as the connective element throughout the workshop for all the different shoots. There was so much attention to detail that we couldn't put our cameras down and at the same time we would just stand there in awe of all the history and beauty presented to us. The Chateau de Varennes has been passed down through 14 generations and many of the family heirlooms that are normally kept in a vault was so graciously shared with us for the shoots, making them so much more meaningful. Each one of the vendors, Holly and Rebecca, the funny and super talented duo behind HOLLY FLORA, Bianca from LITTLE MISS PRESS with her delicate calligraphy and stationery, and Rose who changed our world with her wealth of knowledge in SEO and social media, they really went above and beyond, we really couldn't have asked for a more lovely group of people to have spent such a life changing experience with.�
