I'm obsessed with the stunning landscape in this Sedona engagement session by CHARITY MAURER! Surrounded by red-rock buttes, steep canyon walls and pine forests Kate & Chasen had this special time in their lives captured. They met at high school summer camp, and Chasen knew deep down that this was the woman for him, which scared him a bit! After going their separate ways, somehow they ended up attending the same university unbeknownst to one another. They remained friends through this time, both always knowing deep down that this was "the real thing." Fast forward to just a few years ago: Chasen was in Arizona and Katie was in Dallas pursuing her Masters. The universe to this point had fought so hard to make their paths cross a hundred times and Chasen knew it was time to make it happen one last time. The two started talking and reconnecting like they were 17 all over again. After a tough year dating long distance, Chasen managed to surprise her on one particular trip back to Arizona with one knee and a shiny diamond, to which she said yes! The love story is truly just beginning here with a happily ever after.
