Inspired by some old, antique French Christmas carol music sheets, photographer LENA PLOTNIKOVA enlisted the help of Katie from INK & SABLE who then created invitations wrapped in French carols as the beginning point of the shoot. Styled by Nichole from FLORATHERAPIE who also created did all the floral work, it features a stunning gown from LA BELLE SALON. Nichole tells us, "She also wrote "Joyeux Noel" on a sash of silk ribbon that I draped through a wildly-botanical Christmas wreath, and together we created mini wreath place card settings that would be perfect for the Winter bride looking to weave French Christmas elements in her wedding. But the concept wouldn't have been complete without the traditional Buche de Noël cake that is found in almost every French home during the Christmas season."  Scroll to the end of the post to get the recipe for this one made by Katya of GRAINS OF PARADISE... (adapted from Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook).
