Romantic, charming, and with an old-world focus this garden romance by JESSICA JACCARINO PHOTOGRAPHY was inspired by the venue itself and exudes historic elegance with a splash of colour. The enchanting and cozy FRANCISCAN GARDENS IN San Juan Capistrano, California offered a private, secluded backdrop paired with a Spanish-style garden tucked away in an outdoor courtyard. Planned by I LOVE YOU MORE EVENTS, it features stunning florals by COMPASS FLORAL and the prettiest paper goods by DOUBLE DIPPED CALLIGRAPHY.
The team share with us, "Our colour palette couples dusty blues and pale peach with white and yellow, accented with warm metals, and cooled with greenery and hints of viburnum berry. The florals blend caramel combo Roses, Sahara Spray Roses, warmed with golden Butterfly Ranunculus and Ruby Glow Hellebores to stand on their own against the white Roses and Ranunculus. A finishing touch of Viburnum Berry to complement the cobalt goblets and marbled blues, and finally the wild greenery spray. The ceremony space offered an open-air courtyard, a clean and unadorned space filled with lush greenery and a soft glow. The ceremony flowers included Delphinium, Hybrid Delphinium and Larkspur to create an elegant floral ceremonial sphere that framed the couple beneath romantic café lights. The fresh floral spray suggests a soft and beautiful backdrop for the exchanging of vows.
For our reception tablescape, we paired simplicity with hints of watercolour textures and gold accents: ornate opulence in gold and sand linens coupled with blue marbled hushed tones and romantic elegance in dusty blue goblets with gold rimmed wine glasses. The hand dyed silk wrapped gold flatware lent simplicity and sophistication to the glowing tablescape. Our models bring their sense of glamour and playfulness to the elegance of the scene, laughing lightly into the golden-hour air around the historic Mission San Juan Capistrano.
