Kate & Corey travelled to beautiful Ireland for their intimate elopement, with 13 of their closest family and friends joining them to witness their vows and commitment to each other. Having met and started dating at the ages of 19 & 20 after high school, the two became inseparable. Photographer Claire from STUDIO BROWN - who captured this beautiful celebration - told us "Their love and affection is immediately evident, and to witness and capture their elopement was a joy!"

With guidance and planning from Annie Byrne from AISLINN EVENTS, the couple chose the old ruins of Minard Castle as the backdrop for their standing ceremony. Minard Castle dates from the mid-16th century and is located on Dingle peninsula overlooking the Irish coastline and a beautiful bay. Having a close friend perform the touching ceremony made it all the more special.

Claire tells us, "For their portraits, we explored the Slea Head peninsula, taking in Dunquin pier, Conor’s Pass and Coumenole beach, before driving back to Dingle, to Dick Mack’s pub to meet their awaiting guests enjoying pints of guinness! The bride’s beautiful dress, designed by KATE MCDONALD was made with gold metallic embossed organza fabric while the groom opted for a custom design from ALEXANDRA ETON with a dapper tweed suit and green tie. A wild bouquet by EVERY OCCASION FLORIST added the perfect finishing touch to their dreamy Emerald isle elopement!
