The starting point for Viktoriya & Alek’s wedding was a photograph found on their planner & stylist NOMAD REPUBLIC'S website – depicting a winding Tuscan country road lined with tall cypress trees. The couple instantly fell in love with the unspoiled, sweeping landscape of Val d’Orcia dotted with century-old vineyards, wheat fields and olive groves and chose to hold their intimate destination wedding there, captured beautifully here by TATYANA CHAIKO.

At the end of that road lies LA BANDITA COUNTRYHOUSE, a stylish retreat perched on acres of enchanting, picture-perfect hills.
The sleek modern look of the venue and its laid-back luxury approach definitely resonated with this design-savvy duo who flew in from Los Angeles with ten of their closest friends & family to experience Tuscany at its best. Much like the region itself, La Bandita perfectly mirrored their personality. Viktoriya and Aleks’ minimalist design was inspired by the locale’s interior that put Tuscan materials to contemporary use and was woven with potteries tidbits handmade by the bride herself – a talented ceramist who creates pieces to illuminate homes and complement the work of wedding artists.

Their colour palette was composed of clean whites, creams, shades of pink and accents of terracotta, a tone which carried throughout the property. The bride’s dress was simple and elegant, enhanced by boho white beaded tassel earrings.

The planner tells us, "One of our favourite pieces was the gorgeous invitation suite by VICTORIA KRAV featuring modern calligraphy on deckled-edge paper and beautiful sketches of the area. The excellent gourmet cuisine prepared by LA BANDITA'S chef was without doubt another of the couple’s wedding weekend highlights."
