I was thrilled to feature this stunning Portuguese wedding by my friends at BRANCOPRATA in the current issue of MAGNOLIA ROUGE MAGAZINE. This gorgeous duo Elsa & Rui are photographers themselves and having their friends Sofia & Andr capture their celebration made the day all the more special. How incredible is their venue?
They say home is where the heart is, and that couldn't be more true for wedding photographers Elsa and Rui. It was in their new home, when Elsa was pregnant with their beautiful daughter, Beatriz, that Rui proposed by painting 'I will love you always! Will you marry me?' on one of the walls. Home was part of their wedding day too - the couple created a cosy environment with comfy furnishings, plush fabrics, and a bright, colourful palette, so guests felt as if they were at a relaxed dinner with friends. It's no wonder they're still talking about it! And it's no wonder that today pieces of Elsa and Rui's wedding stationery still adorn their walls, bringing the story full circle, and two hearts home.

We had an amazing time and we will never forget the good times that we all spent on the dance floor, it was crazy!�
