You would have never guessed that this shoot by Northern California wedding photographer ALICE CHE came together in just a couple of hours! Wury of GRACEFUL GARLAND CO called Alice at noon one day when her planned wedding for the day was cancelled due to Covid. Alice tells us, "Wury had already created all the centerpieces and bouquets and was literally about to hop in the car to drive to the venue. As a florist, she was devastated that all the hard work she had put in would never be seen by anyone! One of her previous couples graciously agreed to get into their wedding attire and model for us that afternoon. The bride looked absolutely gorgeous in her BHLDN dress and veil and the groom was incredibly dapper in his suit. For the reception, we put together a makeshift tablescape in Wury's dining room with plates from HEATH CERAMICS and gorgeous menus by Mahshed of PAPER OCELOT set off perfectly by gold flatware from CB2 and silk napkins from TONO AND CO. The lush centerpieces were filled with the prettiest fall flowers; ranunculus, chrysanthemums, spray roses, lisianthus, and beautifully paired with pears, grapes and neutral taper candles to create the perfect fall tablescape."

A huge thank you to Northern California wedding photographer ALICE CHE for sharing this stunning inspiration with us today. A born and raised Bay Area girl, Alice has always been a huge lover of fairytales and happily-ever-afters, so it didn’t really surprise anyone that she ended up being a wedding photographer! "I love being surrounded by all the love, laughter and tears on a wedding day and am always so honoured that my couples trust me to document their special day. My favourite thing about weddings is my couples themselves and how they personalise their weddings to make them unique to their own love stories." You can see more in her portfolio here.
