It's always a good day here on Magnolia Rouge when we get to feature work from Utah wedding photographer TYLER RYE! He has a magical way of capturing love in the most stunning locations. This time it's in California for one of his workshops styled by SMITTEN KISS. Captured in front of the beautiful landscape at Point Reyes in the Northern part of the state, it features gorgeous florals by VO FLORAL and an incredible gown from one of our favourite designers CLAIRE LA FAYE.
From SMITTEN KISS, "When I reached out to TYLER RYE in 2016, VO FLORAL and I had visions of building an amazing workshop for him. We were drawn to Tyler and his talent of capturing love in the most insanely beautiful places. When he decided that Point Reyes would be the location for his California Coast workshop, I knew that it couldn't get better than this. As the seasons swiftly flew passed us, so did the ideas. As a planner and a designer, creating a 3 day workshop meant that we had to work around environmental and logistical factors while executing a beautiful love story over and over again. How do we reinvent ourselves?! We were sure that as much as everyone loves seeing greenery in 2017 but how can incorporating cafe coloured florals ever get old? Being on the California coast meant an array of lights, the salty sea air and some rustic elegance. And while The Blackthorne Inn gave us an old charm of a bed and breakfast, we brought in some modern touches to match CLAIRE LA FAYE'S outrageously beautiful dress design. From taupe to blush pink and light pearls, the palette seemed all too dreamy. I can't even explain the amazing wizardry that happened on the coast that day. It felt like the wind was going to pick everyone up and blow them away, but all Tyler caught was art in its most amazing form. It was a delight to watch it from our perspective.
