Karina was born in Poland and raised into the Black Forest after a series of travels around the world. She has worked in and around the fashion industry for fourteen years.She was constantly on the go, learning and observing other cultures, different work ethics, meeting new faces and spending time with new friends. It gave her freedom and the feeling of independence. 

Ten years ago Karina decided to spend two years in China-this kind of experience helps her to stay connected to the larger world and also satisfy her natural yearning for intellectual stimulation. After this adventure she moved to Germany and found a connection to art again, as she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts. Photography became her real passion.

She founded Woodland Girls, a platform for natural kids photography based in the Black Forest.She is a lifestyle storyteller. She loves film photography and she is trying to find a definition of fine art by mixing modernity with tradition. The woodland that surrounds her home is a rich source of inspiration, folklore and beautiful symbols. It has an endless power to influence her creativity. She is represented by art & motion, realising commercial and editorial projects.
