I believe “Fine Art” is so. much. more. than just pretty pictures. To me, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I create for each and every one of my couples –and I believe in actually making it fun!

The best images come from the best experiences, so I pride myself on going above and beyond to create a relaxed, luxurious atmosphere so that you always feel comfortable and cared for.

You’ve spent hours planning and preparing and carefully curating all the pretty little details of your wedding that highlight your style, your spirit and your personality.

Every detail matters and every moment is important. I’m constantly on the hunt for those candid, in-between moments that you might not even remember. I’ll be there to capture every embrace, every giggle, every tear and every kiss because it's all a part of your unique love story.

I understand that these images are more than just pretty pictures. These are really your first family heirlooms and I take that responsibility very seriously.
You deserve the very best which means you deserve me at my best. I accept a maximum of 12 wedding commissions each season and I never, ever book more than one wedding a week. You’re a couple, not a number, and you’ll always have my full attention.

Interview

IF I HAVE A FREE SUNDAY I WOULD SPEND IT… Day-tripping to Big Sur.

MY MOST MEMORABLE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WAS… my first trip to Paris. That city is magical and imprinted itself on my heart. It’s where I fell in love with film photography and my life was forever changed.

THE COUNTRY I MOST WANT TO VISIT IS… next on my list is Spain. My family comes from Barcelona and I’ve always wanted to visit!

WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT MY JOB IS… every moment is fleeting, but as photographers, we’re able to stop time, capture a moment and save it forever. Weddings are extra special because those moments are saved, passed down and treasured generation after generation.

IF I DIDN’T DO THIS FOR A JOB I WOULD BE/DO… I would still work in Marketing. I last worked for a big PR firm in New York and I really loved my job - but I love this one more!

IF I COULD GIVE NEWLY ENGAGED COUPLES ONE PIECE OF ADVICE IT WOULD BE…keep date night sacred and don’t discuss wedding details before, during, or after.

I LOVE WHERE I LIVE BECAUSE… California has the absolute most beautiful light on the planet.

MY FAVOURITE MOVIE IS? A Letter to Three Wives. You’ve probably never heard of it, but my mom was a big AMC Movie fan growing up and it was always in heavy rotation. There’s a moment when one of the women notices a silver frame on a piano and says, “"I want to be in a silver frame on a piano. My own piano, in my own home." That always stuck with me; it’s such a wonderful manifestation of love.

MOST MEMORABLE MEAL I’VE EVER EATEN WAS… Villa Cimbrone in Ravello Italy. I stumbled into that hotel completely by accident and I’m so glad I did! I had the patio to myself, overlooking the Amalfi coast, sipping champagne and savouring freshly-caught fish. It’s the fanciest lunch I have ever had and I will never, ever forget it!
