I'm loving the beautiful tones and textures in this engagement session by JENNY MCCANN � and goodness Colorado is gorgeous!! Leeza and Leo are Colorado transplants, originally from Dallas, Texas, and will be married in Dallas next year. While their hearts are in Texas, it was very important to them to do their engagement session in their new adopted home that they have come to love very much.
They earthy Colorado vibe influenced the styling and clothing and I'm a big fan of the choices they made! Leeza tell us more about their story below�
�Leo and I went to middle school together and reconnected years later after running into each other on my 22nd birthday. We began dating shortly after and a couple years into our relationship, we took our first road trip to Colorado to visit the school of my dreams. We immediately fell in love with the mountains and were determined to make Colorado our home some day. In 2012, with our cats in tow, we finally made the move from our hometown of Dallas, TX to Boulder, CO so I could attend Naropa University and we could start our lives in a place we have come to love so much.
On Christmas morning, Leo gave me the best gift of all by surprising me with a ring and asking me to marry him! He was so excited and nervous that he couldn't even wait for me to change out of my pyjamas when I woke up! I was taken completely by surprise (and admittedly still half asleep) It took me a moment to register what had just happened, so after staring at him for several seconds with a confused look on my face, I finally answered, �OF COURSE!�
As we progress with the wedding planning, reality sets in even more � my best friend wants to spend the rest of his life with me! We are growing incredibly excited to formally unite in front of our families and closest friends next year in our home state.�
