JAMES BROADBENT knocked it out of the park with these beautiful images of Rachael & Joel's country wedding. Woven with woodland touches and heartfelt details, this nature loving couple had imagined an outdoor wedding, but when they chose a winter date, decided to bring the outside in with their d cor instead. Rachael's talented relatives crafted, sewed, baked and foraged to create each beautiful detail. The bouquets included manuka flowers, something that was especially meaningful to the bride, whose arrangement also included anemones, greenery, and yellow blooms. Even her dress reflected the natural theme, with a beaded lace overlay inspired by trees. And if you can't already tell from the joy on her face in every image, I think she's pretty darn happy to be married!!

It was so important to us that everyone there felt valuable and included and wanted, and that we honoured our bridal party and made sure they knew exactly why they were so special to us.

"The most memorable moment for both of us was catching our first glimpse of each other as I walked down the aisle. We were both so overcome by emotion - Joel was fighting back tears and I was blatantly laugh-crying the whole way. It felt like everything we had shared together - the conversations, the adventures, the friendship, the holidays, the day-to-day - was compressed into that one moment."
