One night I made Tony watch Romeo & Juliet, the modern version with Leonardo DiCaprio (one of my all time favourite movies). He managed to get through it, while pausing frequently to discuss interpretation of the lines. It became a bit of a topic between us, the poetry of it and how much we (mainly I!) appreciated it! Little did I know that while working away he was studying my favourite lines! He came home a week before our 6 year anniversary and on the night he came home we went to the new French restaurant I was dying to visit and then Kings Park where Tony suggested I try and take nice pictures with our new camera. When we arrived we sat on the hill and took pictures of the city light, then he lead me down towards the state war memorial with the burning flame and we sat on the steps. He then recited shakespeare saying. What light through yonder window breaks? It is the east, and Sare-Sare is the sun. Did my heart love till now? forswear it, sight! For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night." He then dropped to one knee and he asked me to marry him, I said

Soooo romantic right? And how gorgeous are these portraits of them together? I adore the brides SAMANTHA WYNNE gown the lace sleeves and back are so pretty! Thanks to ANGELA HIGGINS who captured their Perth celebration so beautifully.

From the Photographer Angela; I simply adored being a part of Sarah and Tony's wedding day. From the moment we met I was caught up in their infectious energy of how they are individually and as a couple and their wedding in March 2014 was the perfect representation of who they are uncomplicated, natural and romantic. Sarah and Tony focussed on elegant details including a fresh, summer flowers and a delectable dessert bar and allowed the beautiful view of the Swan River to be the focus on their ceremony and reception.
