Ilana & Alan were one couple among many that were forced to change their plans not once, but twice when it came to planning their wedding due to the 2020 Covid Pandemic. It definitely wasn't easy. There were tears. The stress of moving an entire wedding twice will do that to anyone. But eventually, a firm date was found - all eyes on you, November 2021 - and Virginia Wedding Photographers MICHAEL & CARINA realised together with Ilana and Alan that they at least had an engagement session we could enjoy together in 2020!

Michael & Carina tell us, "So just before Virginia descended into an icy winter, we chased the setting sun with Alan and Ilana on a family farm in beautiful Northern Virginia. "NoVA" isn't just home to Washingtonian suburbs and too much traffic; if you can manoeuvre your way through that traffic and go slightly west, past Leesburg, there are the most beautiful hills and idealistic farmland that roll right to the roots of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Ilana & Alan's energy that evening was beautiful, and the release of actually enjoying a step in the process of planning their wedding seemed to invigorate them. What a day that was - and after a year of hardships, it gave us hope as we ended 2020.

A huge thank-you to Virginia Wedding Photographers MICHAEL & CARINA for sharing this beautiful engagement shoot with us today. They share a passion for what they do and appreciate simplicity & attention to detail. We're delighted to have them as part of our vendor guide.
