Luminous & Whimsical Wedding Photography

No matter how much planning you do for the perfect day, there are often unexpected conditions such as inclement weather or tight timelines on the day itself which means that getting those perfect wedding portraits just may not happen. Having an �after wedding' session with your photographer is a perfect way of ensuring you get the images you're after � and of course the best reason of all to wear your dress again! You're often far more relaxed than you are on the day when you are eager to get back to your waiting guests. The best light is nearly always when you're sitting down to your meal too so this lets you take advantage of that without missing out! Take along your WEDDING INVITATION and other details as well to ensure they get captured.

So it was exactly this scenario that had Jessy & Weston head into the shimmering sunlight of Texas hill country with their photographer SOPHIE EPTON and create some magic!

Sophie tells us, �I couldn't have been more thrilled to capture all the loving looks, exuberance and excitement that they felt at finally being husband and wife� even if it was after the wedding! Since they both live in the hill country, we chose the gorgeous Fall Creek Vineyards in Driftwood, Texas as a backdrop that fit their personalities so well. We captured them amongst curving trees and golden grasses, stone arches covered with emerald vines and flower wrapped walkways. I loved all the details of the venue and thought they added so much to this part of the couple's story. Jessy and Weston recreated their wedding day attire complete with a bouquet and a floral crown (who doesn't love a groom that rocks a white jacket!) and we had the best time laughing, making new memories, and creating even more photos that they can cherish for years to come.�
