CARA DEE CECIL takes us on a lovely little journey to Narnia with this styled winter shoot. Love that beautiful tree swing image in the snow!! Cara breaks down the shoot details for us; �Using Narnia as a theme and winter as our landscape, we created this decadent session complete with candied cranberries and Turkish delights, cozy furs and decked out mantle pieces. In an attempt to mix both the stylized features of a fantastical Narnia and the richness of a winter wedding, we added details like an antlers on the table and mantle as well as an antler, broach-like piece for the bride's hair. Also added, were details like a rosemary hot chocolate decanter and deep, red velvet chairs. The gown, from Chaviano Couture, was the perfect match as well and all was captured on film by myself and my husband, Jacob, who is second shooter. Using C.S. Lewis quotes on the invitations and table runner in beautifully hand scripted calligraphy tied in the storyline. Floral pieces were excellent accents to the organic hand lettering as well with pops of red! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it as well.�
