Dani & Luke were inspired by nature and their gorgeous venue The Milk Station for their wedding. They wanted to get married amongst beautiful trees and greenery, but the venue also offered them a beautiful old building to host their guests in. Tim Kelly Photography captured their day beautifully I especially love the emotion in the black and whites!

Tell us about finding your wedding dress: I looked high and low for the perfect dress in bridal stores but couldn't find a gown that I loved. I stumbled upon my perfect wedding dress in the old bank arcade store RUBY. It was not designed as a wedding dress but it was perfect for me. It was simple, light-weight, easy to move in yet beautiful and for only a fraction of the cost of an actual wedding dress.

Any DIY or Budget elements? As we are only 22 and both studying at the time of planning our wedding, we decided DIY was going to be a really useful budgeting tool. We made a lot of things ourselves including all flower arrangements, invitiations, menus, wedding favours, outdoor games, hand painted seating chart. My five bridesmaids spent the whole day before the wedding painting, and flower arranging with Luke and I, it was a great bonding experience.

Describe your wedding flowers: My inspiration for the flowers was to be as if they were freshly picked from the garden. I wanted soft pinks, whites and vibrant greens to compliment the mint green of the bridesmaid's dresses and the sharp white of my own dress. I chose simple flowers and greenery and I think the bridesmaids and I pulled them all together fabulously the day before and for only a few hundred dollars.

Favourite detail of the day: Sitting at our bridal table surrounded by our gorgeous friends and family, all with massive smiles on their faces.

Most memorable moment? Luke says: Seeing Dani walking down the aisle with her dad and thinking "This is the biggest day of my life". Dani: Walking over the bridge towards our first reveal and seeing Luke for the first time and just blubbering. It was a huge burst of emotions.
