5 eggs whites / 1/5 cup of liqueur / 1 cup of sugar / 1 cup of flour / 75g of cocoa powder
1/5 cup of oil / pinch of cinnamon
– Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites.
– In a bowl combine the egg yolks, chocolate, pinch of cinnamon, sugar, oil and the liqueur and beat well.
– Add the egg whites and lastly the flour.
– Bake in the oven at a temperature of 185 C, in a cake form greased with butter and dusted with flour.
FOR THE ICING:
200gms of chocolate cuisine / 1 small package of cream / 1 tbsp of butter
Put it all together in a bowl and bring to low heat in water bath until melted and reach a creamy appearance.
